Information for Tenants
Application Process
Once you have found your ideal home with us, you will need to put in an application.
We will require the following from you.
- Completed application form/s (these can be completed in paper format or online)
- Photographic ID (Passport or Driving Licence)
- 3 months’ bank statements (preferably with evidence of current rental payments)
- 3 months’ wage slips
- References from your current landlord and employer
We will undertake a credit search on all applicants
All our properties require one month’s rent, payable in advance
A security deposit (usually equivalent to 1 month’s rent) is required, payable in advance and will be held as governed by law with The Deposit Protection Service in their custodial scheme.
All our tenancies are Assured Shorthold Tenancies for a minimum of 6 months
