As well as paying the rent, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments.

Before the tenancy starts (payable to Lindel Property Management)

There are no fees & we do not take a holding deposit

During the tenancy (payable to Lindel Property Management)

Payment of ?48 if you want to change the tenancy agreement

*?60.00 for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices

(*Constitutes the maximum charge and is dependent on device type/key type/number of keys, etc. receipt will be supplied)

Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy

During the tenancy, if permitted and applicable (payable to the provider)

Utilities - Gas, Electricity & Water

Communications - Telephone & Broadband

Installation of Cable/Satellite

Subscription to Cable/Satellite Supplier

Television Licence

Council Tax

Other permitted payments

Any other permitted payments, not included above, under the relevant legislation including contractual damages.

Tenant Protection

Lindel Property Management is a member of UKALA, which has a client money protection scheme (UKALA Total Loss CMP) Member Number: 12094 and is also a member of the PRS redress scheme.
