Tenant Fees

To proceed with an application, you will need to pay a holding deposit equivalent to 1 weeks rent**

This company does not charge any other fees to Tenants other than those which have been authorised by government legislation.

** refundable upon taking a tenancy (offset against either the 1st months rent or the security deposit) or if we withdraw from the proposed agreement

Non-refundable if you:

• provide false or misleading information;
• fail a right to rent check;
• withdraw from the property;
• fail to take all reasonable steps to enter into a tenancy agreement;
